Returns Policy

At MS Supplies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom manufactured or customized to customer specifications, our return policy differs from that of a typical retail store.

Please review the following policy before placing an order.

Custom Products

Products that have been customized, printed, branded, or manufactured to customer specifications are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received differs materially from the specifications approved by the customer.
• The incorrect product was supplied due to an error by MS Supplies.

Standard Products

For non-customized products, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Be approved by MS Supplies before being returned.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your shipment.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

• Your order or quotation number (if available)
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

We will review the information and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production or customization has started, cancellation may not be possible, and any costs already incurred may remain payable.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable costs may be excluded from any approved refund unless otherwise required by law.

Return Authorization

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Limitation

MS Supplies reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
